What do the LED lights on my Audra device mean?

The LED lights on your Audra device provide important information about its status and connectivity:

  • Power LED:
    • Green: Device is functioning properly.
    • Red: Device malfunction – please check the Audra app or contact support.
  • 2.5G Ethernet WAN / LAN 1 / LAN 2 / LAN 3 / 2.5G Ethernet LAN LEDs:
    • Solid green: Ethernet cable is connected.
    • Off: No Ethernet connection.
    • Green blinking: Data is being transmitted or received through the Ethernet port.
  • Phone LED:
    • Solid green: SIP account is successfully registered with the SIP server.
    • Red: SIP account is not registered – check your phone service settings.
    • Green blinking: The phone line is in use (calling or ringing).
  • USB LED:
    • Solid green: External storage device is connected.
    • Green blinking: Data is being transmitted or received to/from the connected USB device.
  • Wi-Fi 2.4GHz / 5GHz LEDs:
    • Solid green: Wi-Fi band is broadcasting.
    • Green blinking: Data is being transmitted or received over the Wi-Fi network.
