How do I add an Audra device to my existing network?

To add a new Audra device to your current network setup, follow the simple steps below:
- Unbox your Audra device
Make sure you have everything you need:
- Audra device
- Power adapter
- Two Ethernet cables
- Log in to the Audra app
Use the email address and password you registered with to sign in to the Audra app.
- Set up your new Audra gateway
Once you're logged in:
- You'll see the new device listed on your dashboard.
- Select the device and confirm that you want to activate it.
- Tap 'Yes' when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup. These are the same steps you followed when setting up your first Audra device.
Key steps include:
- Connect the new Audra device to your ONT (Optical Network Terminal) using the provided Ethernet cable.
- Plug the Audra device into a power outlet.
- Connect to the default Wi-Fi network (details can be found on the back of the device).
- Once setup is complete, you'll be prompted to rename your Wi-Fi network and set a new password.
- Create your network
- Choose a name for your Wi-Fi network (SSID).
- Set a strong, secure password.
- Reconnect your devices using the new network name and password.
