How do I set up a new Audra network?

Setting up your new Audra network is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Set your Audra app password
- Find the ‘Activation’ email sent from
noreply@audrasecurity.com to your registered email address.
- Click on the ‘Set Password’ link and create your new password.
- Unbox your Audra device
Check that you have all required components:
- Audra device
- Power adapter
- Two Ethernet cables
- Download the Audra Security app
- Search for "Audra Security" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Download and install the app on your smartphone.
- Log in to the app
Open the app and log in using your registered email address and the password you just set.
- Set up your Audra gateway
Once you're logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. These are the key steps:
- Connect the Audra device to your ONT (Optical Network Terminal) using the provided Ethernet cable.
- Plug the Audra device into a power outlet.
- Connect to the default Wi-Fi network (details are printed on the back of the device).
- Once initial setup is complete, you'll be prompted to rename your Wi-Fi network and set a new password.
- Create your network
- Choose a name for your Wi-Fi network (SSID).
- Set a secure password.
- Reconnect your devices using the new network name and password.
