How do I set up a new Audra network?

Setting up your new Audra network is quick and easy. Just follow these steps -
- Find the ‘Activation’ email sent from noreply@audrasecurity.com to your registered email address
- Click on the ‘Set Password’ link and create your new password
- Unbox your Audra device
- Check that you have all required components -
- Audra device
- Power adapter
- Two Ethernet cables
Download the Audra Security app after searching for it on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Download and install the app on your smartphone
- Log in to the app
- Open the app and log in using your registered email address and the password you just set.
Set up your Audra gateway
- Once you're logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. These are the key steps -
- Connect the Audra device to your ONT (Optical Network Terminal) using the provided Ethernet cable.
- Plug the Audra device into a power outlet.
- Connect to the default Wi-Fi network (details are printed on the back of the device).
- Once initial setup is complete, you'll be prompted to rename your Wi-Fi network and set a new password.
Create your network
- Choose a name for your Wi-Fi network (SSID).
- Set a secure password.
- Reconnect your devices using the new network name and password.
