To reset your Audra device, locate the reset button (usually a small pinhole) on the back of the device. Press and hold it for about 10 seconds using a paperclip or similar tool until the LEDs blink or the device restarts. This will restore the device to its original factory settings. Note that you will need to set up your device again using the Audra app after the reset.
