Why can’t I access Audra VPN on my device?

If you can’t access Audra VPN, it might be because your account has already reached the limit of eight connected devices. In that case, the Master device will need to remove one of the existing connections to make space for a new one.

Follow the steps on your App –

  • Go to Settings
  • Profile
  • Logged Devices

Here, you can:

  • See all the devices currently connected (up to 8 at the same time)
  • Remove any device you no longer want connected
  • If the main device is removed, you’ll need to choose another connected device to take over as the new Master. It’s an easy way to stay in control of your VPN connections.

Another possibility is that your subscription may have ended. If you're unsure, it’s best to check with your service provider to confirm your subscription status and get things sorted.
