How to reboot your device

Restart your Audra device to resolve connectivity issues or apply certain settings.

  1. Open the Audra app, log in and navigate to the main dashboard.
    • You will see the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap "More" in the bottom right corner.
    • A menu with various options will appear.
  3. Tap "Advance Networking" from the menu.
    • You will see various options including "Reboot", "Port Forwarding", "Adv. Port Forwarding", "WAN Status", "LAN Settings".
  4. Tap "Reboot".
    • A confirmation dialogue will appear asking if you're sure you want to reboot now.
  5. Tap "Reboot Now" to proceed with the reboot.
    • It takes 2-3 minutes for the device to fully reboot. During which you will lose internet connection temporarily.
    • After reboot, you will see a successful confirmation message
